If you are unable to make your appointment we do require a minimum of 24hrs notice otherwise you will be billed in full for the missed appointment. In the instance where you are unable to make your scheduled appointment and you have provided more than 24hrs notice, a new appointment time will be rescheduled for you. For patients under the age of 18 years, a parent/guardian must be present during the entire consultation and must sign the patient information form. Your Telehealth appointment is private, you are not authorised to make any recordings of the online, telephone, and /or audio-video consultation. Your practitioner will take and record notes to assist with your health management and will maintain records as per privacy guidelines, Audiovisual consultation policies, and your Naturopath's insurance policies.
